Playing Catch Up

I left for home late Tuesday afternoon and haven’t been able to get online because I don’t have internet at my parents place! I’m finally in a coffee shop now, so I thought I would update.

This outfit kept me warm while I rode home in the car. Unfortunately I should have definitely worn socks.. and warmer shoes!! We drove straight through the night from DC to Chicago and made it in about 12 hours arriving at 4:30 am Wednesday morning! What a ride! What do you wear for long road trips?

Road Trip to the Tundra

I’ve been reading up on Man Repeller’s blog lately and I’ve recently been inspired by her mantra and tips. I’ve just begun to delve into it, but today’s look is inspired by Man Repeller.

What do you think of my Man Repelling look? Novice right? No worries I’m working on it.. haha!

At about 5:30pm today I will be setting out to drive back to the midwest! I will arrive in Chicago Wednesday and I am so excited to go home for Christmas! I miss my family and friends so much. I’m especially excited to see my friends because I didn’t get to see a single one of them over Thanksgiving, I had the stomach flu! I’m hoping this won’t happen again… wish me luck on the drive home!

Holidays Are Here

I wore this last Friday night to a friend’s Holiday Party! It was TONS of fun, I’m so glad I went!
